6. Refunds and Cancellations

For live events or masterclasses, refunds may be limited due to venue costs, preparation, seating capacity, staffing, and materials.

7. Live Events and Masterclasses

Live events, workshops, and masterclasses may have limited capacity and require advance registration.

You agree to provide accurate registration information. We may collect information such as name, age, phone number, email, location, emergency contact information, goals, and parent or guardian information when applicable.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, venue personnel, and other attendees.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from an event for disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

8. Minors

If a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete registration, approve participation, provide emergency contact information, sign releases, and accept these Terms.

We do not knowingly provide services directly to children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

9. Photos, Video, and Recordings

Live events, classes, or workshops may be photographed or recorded.

When required, we may ask participants or parents/guardians to sign a photo/video release before using a participant’s image, likeness, voice, or performance in promotional, educational, or archival materials.

Participants may not record classes, live events, private coaching sessions, or course materials without written permission.

10. Waitlists

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee registration, admission, course access, seating, or availability.

If a spot opens, we may contact waitlisted individuals by email, phone, or other provided contact method. Spots may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis or at our discretion depending on the event or program.

11. Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions, discounts, bonuses, VIP sessions, free coaching sessions, or limited-time offers may be subject to additional terms, deadlines, availability, and eligibility requirements.

For example, if a promotion offers a bonus to the first registrants, eligibility may be determined by completed payment time, confirmed order status, or another stated condition.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding any promotional bonus.

12. Merchandise and Physical Products

If merchandise or physical products are offered, availability, sizing, shipping, pickup, delivery times, and product details may vary.

We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer, including wrong size, shipping address, email address, or phone number.

Merchandise refund or exchange policies may vary and will be handled according to the policy stated at the time of purchase.

13. Coaching and Instruction

Any coaching, feedback, assignments, or instruction provided through this website, course, event, or private session is for educational and developmental purposes.

Feedback is intended to help the participant grow, but it is not a guarantee of employment, representation, casting, industry access, or future success.
